I had an operation 9 years ago for a prolapsed disc...ever since I get intermittent bouts of inflammation in the area ...very painful. I've done all the painkillers...rubs etc....anyone got any ideas how to help this problem. _________________ Laughter is a smile with the volume turned up |

OMG Liam, my husband has a prolapsed disc at the bottom of his spine from a car accident 3 years ago, he is waiting for surgery, he is on lots of different medication and is still in agony. The bone is trapping his nerve too, so he suffers a lot of problems with his legs too.
I know taking Ibuprofen is meant to help with inflamation, have you tried those. I am not sure where you are, but have you seen a pain management specialist, Mark saw one recently and they are giving him an epidural pain block soon.
